스마트가이드(이하 "운영자")는 모바일 게임 「Arrow Out」(패키지명 com.gawoo.arrows, 이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키고, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다.
제1조 운영자가 직접 수집하는 개인정보
앱에는 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 운영자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소록, 정확한 위치 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 직접 수집하거나 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 정보(도달한 레벨, 별 개수, 힌트 수, 효과음·언어 설정, 광고 제거 구매 여부)는 이용자 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
제2조 외부 서비스가 처리하는 정보
앱은 무료 제공과 결제를 위해 아래 Google 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스가 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

제3조 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 제2조의 광고·결제 기능은 Google LLC(미국)가 제공하며, 해당 정보는 Google의 서버(국외 포함)에서 앱 사용 중 네트워크를 통해 처리됩니다.
제4조 보유 기간 및 파기
기기에 저장된 게임 정보는 앱을 삭제하거나 [기기 설정 › 앱 › Arrow Out › 저장공간 › 데이터 삭제]를 하면 즉시 파기됩니다. 광고 관련 정보는 Google의 보관 정책에 따릅니다.
제5조 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 앱 설정 › "개인정보 설정"에서 광고 동의를 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다(해당 지역 이용자).
- 기기 설정 › Google › 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- Google 내 광고 센터에서 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
- 기타 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 아래 문의처로 연락하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
제6조 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 이용 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
제7조 안전성 확보 조치
앱과 Google 서비스 간 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되어 전송됩니다. 운영자는 별도의 개인정보 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.

제9조 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되면 앱과 이 페이지를 통해 공지하며, 변경된 시행일을 표시합니다.
SmartGuide ("Operator") provides the mobile game "Arrow Out" (package com.gawoo.arrows, "App"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information the Operator collects
The App has no sign-up or login. The Operator does not collect or send to its own servers any personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location.
Game progress (levels, stars, hints, sound and language settings, ad-removal purchase status) is stored only on your device.

3. Sharing and transfers
The Operator does not sell or share your personal information. Ads and billing are provided by Google LLC (USA), and the related data is processed on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country.
4. Retention and deletion
On-device game data is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage in device settings. Ad-related data is retained under Google's policies.
5. Your choices
- Change ad consent anytime under Settings › "Privacy settings" in the App (where applicable).
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Turn off personalized ads at My Ad Center.

6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
Communication between the App and Google services is encrypted (HTTPS). The Operator does not run any database of personal information.
